We will connect for Birth Prep 101, 102, 103 & 104 throughout your pregnancy, wherever works best for you: at a local coffee shop, a park so your children can play, or in your home if you prefer a little more privacy. During these visits, your doula will work with you to develop a birth plan, prepare for labor, and plan for postpartum. We will answer any questions you have so that you can feel informed, confident and nurtured on your birth journey.
